Binding Agreement. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Cardbluff Kingscanyon website and your participation in any poker games, tournaments, or dining at our offline poker venue located at 40 Kippax Street, Surry Hills, Sydney NSW 2010, Australia.

By accessing the website or entering the venue, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or enter the venue. These terms apply to all visitors, including serious poker players, diners, and event attendees.

Effective Date. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 23 September 2026.

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the website or venue after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to enter Cardbluff Kingscanyon and participate in any poker games, poker tournaments, or other activities at our offline poker venue.

• Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide proof of age.
• This age requirement applies to all areas of the venue, including the card lounge and dining areas.

Responsible Gambling. We are committed to providing a safe and responsible environment for real poker games. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly.

If you feel that your poker play is becoming problematic, please speak to a staff member or contact a gambling support service. We reserve the right to exclude any individual from poker games or tournaments if we believe they are not playing responsibly.

1. Reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from our team.
2. You must be 21 or older to make a reservation.
3. We may require a deposit or pre-payment for certain poker tables or tournaments.

Tournament Entry. Participation in poker tournaments at Cardbluff Kingscanyon is subject to the specific tournament rules announced at the time of registration.

• All tournament participants must be 21 or older and present valid identification.
• Buy-ins and entry fees are non-refundable unless the tournament is cancelled by the venue.
• We reserve the right to modify tournament structures, schedules, and prize pools at our discretion.

Dining Reservations. Dining at our industrial smokehouse is available to guests aged 21 and over, and reservations are recommended.

Dining reservations are subject to availability and may require a deposit for large groups. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who does not comply with our policies. Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice.

Bar Service. Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests aged 21 and over, in accordance with Australian law and our venue policy.

We practice responsible service of alcohol and may refuse service to intoxicated guests. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the venue.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cardbluff Kingscanyon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in poker games or dining.

We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property, except where caused by our gross negligence. We are not liable for any losses incurred during poker games or tournaments, including but not limited to monetary losses. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cardbluff Kingscanyon, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your conduct at the venue.

This includes any claims arising from your participation in poker games or tournaments. You are responsible for any damage you cause to the venue or its property.

Intellectual Property. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Cardbluff Kingscanyon and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. The Cardbluff Kingscanyon name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without permission.
